About the Opportunity (includes duties and responsibilities)
Work directly with prospective enterprise merchants to generate new business opportunities and fuel Koalafi’s growth. Engage with merchant decision-makers across multiple departments to build trust, uncover needs, and educate them on how Koalafi can help grow their business through flexible lease-to-own solutions. Meet or exceed outreach and meeting goals, contribute to strategic sales initiatives, and share front-line insights and feedback to improve our go-to-market approach. This role is ideal for a driven, curious professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping businesses succeed.
- Research, identify, and engage potential enterprise merchants across target verticals. Experience with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and Salesforce is a plus.
- Execute high-quality multi-touch, multi-channel cadences (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, social). Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and prioritize outreach efforts across key accounts.
- Secure and schedule qualified meetings with targeted prospects and ensure a smooth hand-off to AEs.
- Maintain clean, accurate records of prospect data, activities, and outcomes in Salesforce.
- Experiment with messaging and outreach sequences to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Work with Account Executives to manage long-term prospects who are not yet sales-ready via personalized touchpoints and re-engagement strategies.
- Strategic and transparent feedback with sales leaders to improve messaging, targeting, and overall sales approach.
About You (includes qualifications)
- 2+ years of outbound B2B SDR or sales experience, preferably with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence navigating executive conversations
- Track record of exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven sales environment (dials, meetings set, etc.)
- Strong discovery and qualification instincts—able to identify pain points and articulate value quickly
- Experience with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Self-starter with grit, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
