Are you looking for FULL-TIME position? This is a phenomenal opportunity to join our 'ohana as a at our Kings Hawaiian Restaurant in Torrance.

• Greet all guests with Aloha.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails regarding special events and restaurant catering and ensures timely follow-up.
• Reviewing all wedding/bakery catering and restaurant catering orders for accuracy and completion with high attention to detail.
• Answering all customer questions regarding product, pending orders, decorations, and delivery.
• Finalizing payment with customers as needed.
• Meeting with cake decorators, managers, or kitchen team to review all upcoming orders and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Communication of all orders to our production, commissary, and restaurant department.
• Training Bakery Front of House staff on wedding order taking and cake tasting procedures.
• Provide excellent Customer Service ensuring production of irresistible baked product for our Wedding customers and restaurant catering guests.
• Work in other areas of the Bakery and Restaurant including Sales, Call Center (Piko), and Operations as needed and assigned.

• Proficient in English with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills in person, over the phone and through email.
• High attention to detail and order accuracy skills.
• Valid Food Handler Certificate
• Self-motivated with the ability to see what is needed to be done with little direction.
• Able to prioritize tasks with a customer delivery time first focus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to arrive to work on-time for all assigned shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime when required. Must have Saturday and Sunday availability.
• Able to balance multiple tasks and work well in an environment with time constraints.
