Description & Requirements

Position Summary We are looking for candidates Manage day to day accounting and ensure books are maintained updated and correct at all times. Manage the billing process by ensuring client/Intercompany invoices are raised within the closing timelines. Process ing domestic and foreign vendor payments with emphasis on the foreign remittance and its related compliance (15CA and 15CB from CA ).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day accounting and ensure books are maintained updated and correct at all times
• Bank reconciliation.
• Manage the billing process by ensuring client/Intercompany invoices are raised within the closing timelines.
• Monitoring the client/intercompany outstanding and follow up for collection.
• Ensure invoice wise allocation of the amount realized from client/intercompany entities.
• Maintaining accurate internal MIS for revenue and unbilled at any given point in time.
• Verification and approval of Travel and Entertainment reimbursements submitted by the employees and responding to their queries.
• Issue of vendor Purchase Orders.
• Booking of vendor invoices.
• Creation of month end vendor provision list and monitoring of the same.
• Processing domestic and foreign vendor payments with emphasis on the foreign remittance and its related compliance (15CA and 15CB from CA).
• Coordinate with the Statutory, Tax and Transfer Pricing Auditors and ensure the deliverables are provided on or before the timelines.
• Respond to any queries from the Global/Region with minimum turnaround time.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Overall, about 10 years of experience preferred.
• Exposure to SAP accounting package is desirable.
• Previous experience with Multinational advertising agency will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS excel.
• Leadership Skills.
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced ability to draw insights from data Sheets and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as and when required.
• Ability to present data in clean, concise visual formats.
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
