KinderCare is on a rapid growth journey that is fueled in part by our IT Integration team. Joining our Integration team means being directly responsible for an increased investment in our Future of Data Program.

This Integration Manager role requires a combination of technical expertise, critical thinking, and effective collaboration to ensure a well-integrated and efficient organizational ecosystem. The Manager will own the implementation, testing and support of key integrations between disparate business systems in multi-tier environments with a main focus on applying EAI toolsechnologies like Boomi or similar, to drive existing and new integrations, encompassing databases, third-party interfaces and APIs on the cloud. You will engage with Product teams, strategizing and managing tradeoffs, and evaluating opportunistic new insights with solution partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy aligning with organizational goals and ensuring flawless data flow across systems
  • Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance aspects
  • Work closely with multi-functional teams, including IT, development, and business units, to understand integration needs and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with external and internal partners to assess and integrate third-party systems, ensuring compatibility and efficiency
  • Identify and resolve integration issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maintaining data accuracy
  • Continuously supervise and optimize integration processes for maximum efficiency and reliability
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and solve steps
  • Ensure that integration processes adhere to security standards and compliance requirements
  • Lead all tech of integration analysts and engineers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 6 or more years of demonstrable experience in system integration with a minimum of two years managing an Integration team
  • Solid technical background in integration technologies, APIs, and middleware platforms
  • Ability to analyze sophisticated issues and develop effective solutions for seamless integration while improving current processes
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to collaborate with complementary teams and external vendors effectively
  • Validated ability to lead integration projects from conception to completion, meeting timelines and objectives
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry standard processes in the integration landscape while being highly adaptable and flexible to meet demanding timelines
  • Detailed documentation skills to build and maintain comprehensive records of integration configurations and processes.
  • Ability and appetite to lead and engage diverse and equitable teams
