As an Order Management Process & Capability SME You will take responsibility of providing day-to-day business support and you will have a chance to work with various Clients and Stakeholders across many EMEA markets.

You will support all the strategic projects to ensure Kimberly Clark Professional Business can execute with excellence and successfully drive Customer satisfaction by influencing, overseeing and supporting Business with order to delivery system execution, knowledge sharing and Customer Service technical onboarding.

You will be providing expert advice on complex KCP Customer Services Order to Delivery processes; taking full ownership and troubleshoots recurrent complex order management and supply chain related issues.

You will also be in charge of sharing solutions and best practices with Customer Service Ops Teams and wider business.

In this role you will have an opportunity to improve SME team and propose thought-through solutions to SME Leader.

About You

As the Order Management Process & Capability SME, You will become a main point of contact to support efforts to drive cost efficiency initiatives and process improvements in the area of order management.

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in English (both oral and written)
  • You have experience in Order Management / Customer Service / OTC roles with demonstrable in-depth process knowledge or experience as subject matter expert (around 2 years)
  • You have a solid knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, MS Office
  • You possess an excellent communication (written & verbal) and time management skills
  • You are motivated person with extraordinary attention to detail
  • You have an analytical mind with ability to dive deep into root cause of issues

This is a hybrid position from Krakow Office.
