You'll deploy and execute ABP plan to Distributors and end users related to activation, innovation & renovation to support partner/distributor growth and increase demand translated into i) new business, ii) increase upsell/cross sell and iii) reduce customer churn & increase loyalty. Drives channel engagement and preference. Deploy category launches & trainings to channels and end users, in collaboration with technical support. Work collaboratively with sales leaders and their teams to ensure they are informed and have the tools required for audience acquisition, penetration & loyalty.

Main responsibilities:

Partner / Distributors Management
• Deploy KCP Value proposition to Distributors
• Build JBP & Track its metrics to quantify distributor program impact & ROI
• Responsible for adequate communication to partners about the acquisition, penetration and loyalty executional plans for end user based on customer segmentation
• Built and lead distributors executional plan based on incentives, training & tools (online/offline), DSRs engagement & demand generation tools to support multiplier effect growth
• Support development of new partnerships to capture whitespaces and increase coverage.
• Partner with technical support leader to execute distributors training plan

Local End User Activation
• Responsible for acquisition, penetration and loyalty executional plans for end user based on customer segmentation
• Manage and execute targeted marketing plans to include online and offline programs and field campaigns that support pipeline acceleration and new customer acquisition
• Execute Innovation including communication launch plan and manage / capture customers acceptance
• Execute local category campaigns objective / strategy ensuring their ROI working jointly with integrated team and capture learnings to continue improving omnichannel impact

Performance Tracking
• Performance & action plan tracking
• Metrics related to Acquisition, Penetration and Loyalty
• Multiplier effects metrics
• Budget management
• Feedback loop to Category/Product Manager

Customer / Market insights
• Develop a deep understanding of customers and the buyer's journey.
• Capture portfolio issues from the market and scale it to category team.
• Connect with sales force to capture data as well as influence them to work accordantly to customer insights
• Utilize customer & distributors insights for local marketing execution & manage customers stakeholder contacts

Experience and requirements:

Mandatory

  • Bachelor's degree, in business-related discipline
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing / sales roles with a demonstrated track record of achievement and growth in leadership behavior
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Analysis driven skills
  • Developed Communication Skills
  • Problem solving mindset - Results-oriented

Desirable

  • Experience in a B2B environment
  • Digital marketing experience/knowledge
