Thinx® is seeking a seasoned Digital Product Leader who will be accountable for the profitability and end user experience for Reusable audiences, customers, and internal capabilities for all digital experiences (website, digital tools, etc.). This role will be a champion for the digital consumer experience across all sales channels. Reporting directly to the Director, Marketing, this role owns the development and execution of the digital product strategy for Thinx®. This person will lead the technical, product management, digital operations and product design, and site analytics functions for the business unit. You will lead a team of talented product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts to create and optimize digital experiences that drive consumer engagement, growth, and revenue.

This role is highly cross-functional in nature and will work closely with the leadership team, partnering closely with the marketing, brand and creative, strategy, insights, consumer engagement, finance, merchandising, logistics and distribution, and retail customer teams to understand the problems to solve and bring to life both immediate and long-term tactics that support the organizational strategies for the business unit. The right leader for this role knows what excellence looks like, has operated at scale across multiple sales and distribution channels, and is also excited to roll up their sleeves and build.

In this role, you will:

  • Champion a consumer-centric approach to digital product development, leveraging data-driven insights, user feedback, and market research to drive product improvements and enhancements through digital and retail experiences (including personalization and experimentation).
  • Partner with the Director, Marketing to set the overall strategic vision for Thinx® digital products, identifying opportunities to improve and elevate the consumer experience and performance.
  • Define and prioritize the digital product roadmap, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision. Set goals and KPIs to help make informed decisions about feature development, enhancements, and optimizations.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, and analysts. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Own and introduce efficiencies to product ideation, innovation, design, development, quality assurance, launch and data insights strategies and processes.
  • Manage relationships with SaaS partners who integrate with our eCommerce ecosystem. Develop and implement eCommerce personalization, experimentation and SEO practices.

Location: This role can sit remotely anywhere in the USA.

In one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years' professional experience in a DTC or eCommerce-led business.
  • Experienced building and leading Engineering, Product Management, Product Design, Digital Operations and Data Analytics teams to drive growth and innovations for organizations.
  • You have a strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and architectures and how they support the needs of the user and the business.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital product strategies that accomplishes both nimbleness in immediate updates and strategic unlocks for long term initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of ecommerce and UX best practices, analytics, and industry trends in the direct-to-consumer and consumer packaged goods space. Preferably experience with omni-channel businesses.
  • You are comfortable creating a tactical plan to deliver on the strategies developed organizationally.
  • You are passionate about leading team members to own their areas of responsibility and encourage an environment of solutions-oriented thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have proven experience in digital product management, preferably in a DTC business with retail and Amazon expansion experience.
  • You're passionate about the future of Commerce, DTC, and CPG ecosystems and stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Strong prioritization and stakeholder management frameworks that support a growth mindset for the business.
  • You are proficient in integrating quantitative and qualitative decision making into the prioritization and execution of the product, digital operations, UX and QA teams.
  • You are an inspiring, engaging and a clear communicator. By knowing your audience, you communicate across departments including Marketing, Creative, Finance, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Logistics and Fulfillment, and Thinx® leadership and address their needs, concerns, and priorities.
  • You are creative in defining solutions with clear and concise representation of the tradeoffs of each, while providing recommendations on not only how to execute the digital product roadmap, but the "whys" for the business as well.

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full package of benefits that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of $158,000-$194,000 in addition to bonus potential. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
