About the Role:

As a leader of a KeepTruckin sales team you have the unique opportunity to assemble a team of elite sales professionals and lead them to successfully bring a new product to market. We are in search of a sales leader who has a demonstrated record of exceeding sales quota, consistently delivers on business objectives and is highly motivated to succeed. This role requires an individual who embraces ambiguity, is exceptionally organized and holds their team to the highest standard - compromising on nothing. In this role you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to exceed sales goals while collaborating with upper-leadership to skillfully mold a team of experts. Your team will serve as subject matter experts within the KeepTruckin sales organization and help lay the foundation for the entire sales project motion.

Playing a pivotal role in spearheading a new initiative, this leadership role will require you to be hyper-focused on creating a collaborative, positive team culture and utilize strong interpersonal and organizational skills to motivate your team to achieve success. Concurrently, you will be comfortable performance-managing individuals and ensuring Salesforce hygiene, KPIs, etc. are completed on a daily basis. In this role, you have already mastered the fundamentals of keeping a team organized, motivated, highly accountable, and adhering to the highest level of excellence.

What You'll Do:

  • Create a strong, positive team culture focused on collaboration, impeccable work ethic and adherence to the highest standard of integrity.
  • Lead, motivate and support team members to achieve and exceed their sales targets.
  • Place high importance on having a deep understanding of the team’s sales pipeline, performing deal reviews and strategizing with both individual contributors and upper leadership alike to win deals. 
  • Serve as a product expert and resource to team members when they have product or industry-related questions.
  • Measure sales KPIs and coach Account Executives on best practices, ensuring they adhere to daily KPIs, such as calls/emails per day and conversion rate.
  • Perform quarterly performance reviews and hold weekly 1:1 meetings with each individual sales representative. 
  • Critically solve problems related to process and assigned ad-hoc projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6 months+ of sales leadership tenure at KeepTruckin with experience in both outbound and inbound sales motions, in a closing role. 
  • The desire to work in a very fast-paced environment that requires initiative, autonomy and the ability to positively embrace change.
  • Highly organized and motivated to overcome persistent challenges.
  • Data-driven, a critical thinker and driven to consistently improve process. 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Level: L5+ 
  • Attainment: Q3 attainment of 150%+
  • SalesLoft: Q3 On-time step completion of 90%+
  • No recorded performance issues from second-line Manager / second-line Manager sign off
  • Location: Lahore or Islamabad
