Job Details   

Key position in TechEdge’s future growth strategy. Part of defining and delivering on the future road map for growth in the North America.

Though the role comes with no direct people management it comes with a significant amount of responsibility and collaboration, both in terms of positing TechEdge in the North American media industry, but also being a key part of defining, and executing on new growth areas in the North American market.

   

Tasks & Responsibilities    

  • Working with the largest Advertisers, Data providers (Linear and digital), Broadcasters, Media Owners & Platforms, and Agencies in the region.
  • Working directly with directors and C-level positions with the clients.
  • You will report directly to the Global Business Development Director in TechEdge.
  • BD will be responsible for all potential USA re-selling partnerships.
  • Developing and managing the largest North American accounts
  • Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.  

   

Your profile and key skills we are looking for    

  • At least 3-5 years of experience from the media industry, preferably in sales, agency, or media company/platform management functions with a firm grasp of measurement solutions.
  • Experience with audience measurement tools like AdvantEdge, Npower, NMI, Lake5, Instar Analytics, or other proprietary and third-party media analytics tool is a plus.
  • Established and trusted relationships with agencies and media companies/platforms are critical
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration to drive results, especially being able to influence stakeholders.
  • Lead quantitative analysis of demand, including opportunity sizing of existing channels and emerging sources
  • A background from a global organization is a plus
  • Strong profile, with a commercial mind
  • Great communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Travel activity 30-40 days within USA primarily.
  • Do’er mentality
  • Works independently, but enjoy being part of a team
  • Technical abilities are a plus

The salary range for this role is $130,000 – $150,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
