As an International Consultant, you will be essential in helping Justworks' global customers maximize the value of our international employment services. In addition to supporting day-to-day customer needs of our Employer-of-Record (EOR) customers, you will also be the EOR expert within your region, identifying opportunities to improve and expand our offerings. As a member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional partners and leaders across the organization to ensure customers are receiving a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Serve as a regional subject matter expert and owner of Justworks’ Employer of Record (EOR) services.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers by helping them navigate global employment complexities, while driving adoption and optimization of Justworks’ international products and services.
- Deliver exceptional service and strategic support to all EOR customers, partnering closely with Customer Success and Sales to seamlessly manage accounts and address region-specific needs related to international products and services including but not limited to; separation guidance, benefits renewals, local compliance/ payroll, etc.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing region-specific guidance and strategic recommendations on how to optimize their use of our international services, including identifying EOR growth and upsell opportunities.
- Serve as a guide for customers navigating complex international compliance requirements, helping mitigate risks associated with global employment and ensure alignment with local regulations.
- Work cross-functionally with Legal, HR, Ops, Product and Expansion to stay informed on regional industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices and proactively share this knowledge with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of their investment in our products, while remaining in compliance.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, surfacing feedback, identifying gaps and trends, influencing international product development and go-to-market efforts.
- Contribute to the evolution of the International Consultant function by identifying opportunities for process improvement, knowledge-sharing, and scaling best practices across the team.
- Other duties as needed based on department and/or organizational needs.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related customer-facing field
- Experience working with complex, mission-critical products and communicating complicated ideas and processes in an easy-to-understand way
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Aptitude to be consultative and innovative when problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of 1 year experience in employer-of-record (EOR) and international products is highly preferred
Bonus Points for:
- Prior experience working across multiple countries
- Experience using JIRA, Zendesk and Notion
- Knowledge of HR technology and the HR industry
- Multilingual fluency

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
