As a Senior Associate on the high-visibility Zelle General Management team, you'll be a key product manager contributing to the daily controls and risk management framework we have in place for Zelle for Chase customers. This team in the Connected Commerce Payments space is part of a fast-paced environment where we solve complex problems, aligning Chase's delivery of Zelle with the Early Warning Services Zelle Network strategy.

As a member of the Zelle General Management Team, you will be a key partner leading our response to auditors as well creating and maintaining our controls and risk management framework which govern our delivery of Zelle. You are organized, analytical, a strong communicator and possess exceptional attention to detail. You are passionate about optimizing processes and enhancing risk management strategies through excellent day-to-day delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Chase Zelle General Management Team's development of product controls by partnering closely with product owners and a broader group of stakeholders when new features and enhancements are rolled out
  • Enhance Key Product Indicators and create, review, and maintain reporting
  • Draft new procedures to govern management of risk, controls and all related processes
  • Coordinate audit readiness and act as key contact for all requests received from auditors and testers
  • Partner with controls testing teams and compliance testing teams to assure Zelle processes are functioning as expected
  • Provide support when technology or vendor incidents impact customers
  • Assist with regulatory inquiries
  • Provide support for special projects, process mapping and executive office escalations
  • Manage your day to day individual workload, communicate progress, proactively escalate and address any blockers as they arise
  • Lead with a strong risk and controls mindset, ensuring product processes meet the rigorous expectations of our customers, the firm, and regulators

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, controls, audit, or business operations
  • Risk and controls oriented mindset
  • Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business needs
  • Ability to influence peers and effectively articulate to management
  • Effectively create cross functional relationships and lead stakeholder meetings
  • Self-starter with an ability to effectively solve problems, address blockers, and suggest ideas for improvement and prioritization
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines with a calm demeanor under pressure
