As a Workflow Coordinator Associate I within the Implementation team, you are responsible for overseeing and managing the workflow processes within the EMEA Onboarding organization. You will work closely with various teams/regions within Onboarding to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement assignment processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze workflow performance and make recommendations for improvements and utilize workflow management software and tools to track and manage tasks.
  • Coordinate with different teams/Onboarding regions to ensure smooth workflow operations.
  • Assign tasks to team members and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Track the progress of tasks and projects, providing updates to management as needed.
  • Resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the assignment process.
  • Serve as a point of contact between teams/regions to facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and present reports on workflow performance to management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of workflow processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest workflow management technologies and trends.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • At least three years' experience in implementation
  • Two (2) years' experience in project management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently, ensuring that workflows are streamlined and deadlines are met.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues within assignment process and develop effective solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of workflow management.
