As a Transactions Specialist IV in the statement and card production center your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, supporting day-to-day and long-term business needs of the facility in Coppell, TX. You will act as a liaison between the operations management, risk/controls, and document publishing teams to assist in aligning documented processes against corporate standards.
Job responsibilities
- Work with all levels across the organization to implement and support Customer Fulfillment initiatives using project methodology
- Communicate to site leaders and staff new functionality and changes that could impact production process or change current procedures
- Assist in managing capacity to meet client needs
- Maintain a procedure driven environment
- Supports a continuous improvement culture
- Responsible for maintaining an effective risk and control environment

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills with diverse groups and individuals.
- Be skilled in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with a sense of urgency to deliver quality results while working collaboratively.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience with professional interpersonal communication, specifically in a virtual setting (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing projects, presenting to management, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with internal clients and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or equivalent.
Work Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 12:30pm-9:00pm (2nd shift)
