As a Transaction Specialist IV in the Coppell Print/Personalization department at JPMorgan Chase, you will assist the team in operating equipment to process statements and credit cards for Chase customers. You will help ensure the floor runs efficiently, maintain quality standards, adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), and facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments. This role involves training, problem-solving, and collaboration with other departments to achieve business results.

Job responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations to ensure the floor runs efficiently and support team members as needed.
  • Monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements and quality standards, performing thorough quality checks on statements and produced cards to identify and address any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Coordinate with other Transaction Specialists IVs and management in other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Train team members in all aspects of the Print/Personalization Department, providing guidance and support to ensure team objectives are met.
  • Promote strong internal controls through proactive identification and communication of issues, and encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Utilize various types of equipment and machinery as assigned, identifying and resolving complex issues that may arise during production, including equipment malfunctions or data discrepancies.
  • Send regular updates and turnovers to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Review production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
  • Escalate issues to technical teams and senior management as necessary, collaborating with them to address escalated issues.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve operational processes and efficiency.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Lift and transport heavy materials (50-70 pounds) and manage 200-pound supplies using industrial carts.
  • Adhere to detailed instructions and procedures with precision, ensuring minimal deviation from established guidelines and protocols.
  • Adjust quickly to changes in the work environment, including responding to daily directives from leadership, adapting to updates in standard operating procedures, and integrating new technology.
  • Demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Prioritize daily tasks based on client Service Level Agreements to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Participate actively in maintaining a clean and organized departmental work area to support operational efficiency.
  • Embrace cross-training opportunities, demonstrating openness and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on responsibilities across multiple departments.

Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:30am overnight shift

Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends. This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
