JOB TITLE: Trade Lifecycle Analyst - FX back-office team

You will be part of a dynamic, detail-oriented and collaborative team where:

  • You'll apply analytical thinking to support daily operations and contribute to process optimization.
  • You'll manage and interpret large data sets, requiring precision, accountability, and curiosity.
  • You'll work closely with stakeholders across regions, gaining exposure to FX operational processes, international trade documentation, and compliance standards.

And these are some of the activities you will be responsible for:

  • Provide operational support for Foreign Exchange transactions, with a focus on documentation control, data validation, and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Review and interpret international trade documents to support transaction processing.
  • Investigate and resolve exceptions or client-related queries, taking full ownership from identification through resolution.
  • Conduct data analysis and produce operational insights using Excel and Alteryx.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of metrics, controls, and follow-ups through structured reports and dashboards.
  • Execute process-driven tasks with consistency and attention to detail, while maintaining a proactive mindset to detect issues and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across locations, contributing to a team-oriented culture.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Adapt to a rotating schedule based on business needs and regional time zones.
  • Escalate issues in a timely and transparent manner, ensuring visibility and mitigation of risks.

What do we ask for this position:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with Alteryx is a strong plus.
  • Analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to work with and interpret operational data.
  • Understanding of foreign trade documentation is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and if you have Portuguese is a big plus, language proficiency will be evaluated during the selection process.
  • Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and reliability in completing daily tasks.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts and adjust to changing business needs.
