You will manage multiple markets globally, ensuring adherence to risk metrics related to reconciliations and settlement objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to resolve trade-related issues and enhance client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely processing and settlement of trades
- Investigate and resolve trade-related breaks
- Collaborate with internal teams for transaction processing
- Perform root cause analysis to improve STP
- Establish relationships with operations contacts
- Partner with client service teams to streamline processes
- Understand and manage risk management issues
- Address day-to-day queries within SLAs
- Escalate issues to team leader as needed
- Enhance client behavior to reduce manual processes
- Maintain strong understanding of risk management
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understand financial markets and trade lifecycle
- Communicate effectively across business levels
- Operate in dynamic environments with tight deadlines
- Utilize business intelligence tools proficiently
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
- Work comfortably with data and analytics

- Experience in custody/treasury operations
- Understand SWIFT and cross-border payments
