Job Summary

As a Business Process Associate within the Reconciliation Utility, you will manage product changes, onboarding, and partner with tech for automation in a 24x5 environment, supporting Asia, EMEA, and WHEM regions. You will be responsible for understanding key metrics and risk components, ensuring client deliverables are met with high accuracy and timeliness. Your role will involve fostering a high-performance culture and leading multiple projects to align with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop appropriate controls for process gaps.
  • Support business partner deliverables and document requirements.
  • Provide testing support and document quality standards.
  • Demonstrate adherence to established procedures.
  • Manage product change and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with tech teams for automation solutions.
  • Monitor Management Information System data for issue resolution.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects.
  • Identify department strategy and align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and lead a responsive team to dynamic changes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Graduate with minimum 8 years in a financial institution.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of Reconciliations, Cash, and stock products.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proactively solve problems and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Build strong business relationships across the organization.
  • Focus acutely on client needs and satisfaction.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with Data Science and Data Analytics.
  • Knowledge of SWIFTS/ISO framework.
  • Coding skills in JAVA and automation software like Alteryx, UIpath.
  • Experience in client & third-party bank investigations.
  • Project Management/Implementation experience.
  • Partnering experience with Risk, Audit, and Compliance.
  • Content writing and PowerPoint slide creation skills.
