Trade Client Services Specialist

As a Trade Client Services Specialist in the Trade Client Services team, you will support the processing and monitoring of transactions, ensuring appropriate controls and quick resolution of issues. You will work closely with Supply Chain Finance clients and their suppliers in Spain, collaborating with various teams such as Product, Sales, and Risk. Your role is vital in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of new Supply Chain Finance Clients.
- Provide client service for SCF queries received by email/phone.
- Interact with SCF clients and perform call-backs.
- Certify payments requested by SCF clients.
- Escalate missing documentation or issues with SCF suppliers.
- Monitor and track SCF payments returned and escalate to beneficiaries.
- Provide metrics to management.
- Deliver functional improvements and strategic solutions to increase efficiency and control.
- Partner with key stakeholders over the processes.
- Escalate issues when appropriate and communicate status updates.
- Adhere to procedures, guidelines, and policies while continuously striving towards more efficient and robust processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
- Logical, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Confident with good communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Economics or Business Administration degree.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in the banking sector, especially in client services, is a plus.
- Knowledge of other languages is highly valued.
