As the PTx Process Lead in the International Consumer Bank (ICB), you will be integral to the success of our technical program delivery. Your extensive knowledge of applications, platforms, and products will enable you to act as a crucial intermediary between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. You will make informed decisions based on data and offer strategic insights to advance key business initiatives. As a technical expert, you will adeptly handle ambiguity, manage change efficiently, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of quality and professionalism in service delivery. The PTx Process Lead is tasked with overseeing and managing the PTx process within the organization, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to established protocols, and driving continuous improvement efforts to boost process efficiency and effectiveness. This role is pivotal in achieving project milestones and objectives, working collaboratively across management, technology, development, and support teams to ensure Cloud migrations and software releases adhere to documented procedures and meet audit requirements. Additionally, this role focuses on enhancing current processes, reducing friction through automation, and managing the backlog of work.
Job responsibilities:
- Process Management: Lead the PTx process, ensuring all activities align with organizational standards and timelines.
- Coordination: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Application Owners, Infrastructure Owners, and Business Resiliency teams, to ensure seamless process execution.
- Compliance: Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the PTx process.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on process performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Offer guidance and training to team members and stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with the PTx process.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful process execution.
- Governance and Oversight: Lead the function to provide governance and oversight for application deployment to a Cloud platform, ensuring process steps are followed, correct evidence is provided, and solutions are deployed with security and controls met.
- Backlog Prioritization: Collaborate with ICB, audit, and other key teams to prioritize the backlog of enhancements, automation opportunities, and other use cases.
- Requirements Management: Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility.
- Industry Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience: Experience in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
- Data Analysis Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis and application.
- Advanced Analytics Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights.
- Technical Fluency: Proven ability to leverage technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutions.
- Leadership in Change: Strong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projects.
