The Role

  • Join our dynamic team as a ServicesNow Consultant and become an integral part of our cutting-edge Go-To-Market team. As a certified expert in ServiceNow, you will take the lead in coordinating the entire pre-sales process, ensuring quality and compliance verification while adhering to Kyndryl best practices.
  • As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will possess strong technical and business acumen, allowing you to provide value driven solutions within ServiceNow.

Key responsibilites:

• Lead ServiceNow solution across complex transformation engagements.
• Define end-to-end platform strategy, data architecture, and integration design.
• Govern technical delivery to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
• Work with client stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business outcomes.
• Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and platform standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process consultants, developers, testers, and engagement managers).
• Stay current with the Now Platform's new features, capabilities, and roadmap.
Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow expert across multiple implementations.
• Deep knowledge of some modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, GRC).
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, integrations (REST, SOAP), and CMDB architecture.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow architecture, MID Servers, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
• Experience collaborating with the sales team selling ServiceNow technical services for multi-industry customers

• Certification on ServiceNow
