DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Drive and participate in audit engagements from planning to reporting. Produce quality deliverables that meet department, regulatory, and professional standards while ensuring audits are completed timely and within budget. Evaluate, finalize and communicate audit reports, articulating complex issues and clearly communicate audit findings to management in order to provide an overall opinion on the control environment. Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues, establishing a culture of engagement while providing independent challenge, adding value and promoting innovative thinking. Drive the audit team by assigning goals and objectives, performing timely review, providing honest and constructive feedback, evaluating performance, approving access to critical applications. Stay up-to-date with evolving industry/regulatory changes, assessing the impact on the business and its control environment. Find ways to drive efficiency identifying potential automation opportunities across multiple technology control domains to help drive the continuous improvement of the Audit process and testing approach. Implement and execute an effective program of continuous auditing for assigned areas, including monitoring of key metrics to identify control issues and adverse trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Technology Audit, Audit Manager, Auditor, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Technology Audit, Audit Manager, Auditor, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: Applying concepts in audit delivery and execution for the planning, execution, and management of internal audits and issue validations in accordance with specified Audit methodology and professional standards; producing documentation of audit testing and workpapers in line with specified Audit standards; data analysis in order to stratify populations, identify outliers, and devise more efficient ways to complete audit testing using at least one of the following: Excel, Alteryx, or Python; working with and auditing emerging technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Cloud; Auditing Cybersecurity, Data Protection, and Privacy requirements for US and non-US jurisdictions; performing technology controls tests and audits to evaluate if implemented controls are designed and operating effectively; evaluating and determining the adequacy of internal controls by considering business and technology risks in an integrated manner; assessing the probability and impact of control weakness, assessing the impact of issues and control gaps; presenting internal audit results including complex and sensitive issues to senior management; building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Full-Time. Salary: $189,000 - $200,000 per year.
