The AI Portfolio Management team for the CIB Chief Analytics Office is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of the AI operating model and for driving the most strategic AI initiatives in the entire CIB. The position would support delivery of the CIB's strategic priorities, providing portfolio governance, contributing to business development and enabling the wider AI/ML community.
As a Technical Program Manager within our Commercial and Investment Bank, you will be tasked with propelling the Analytics agenda on a global scale across various sectors including Markets Trading, Sales & Research, Payments, Securities Services, and Global Banking. Your role will involve integrating advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence into business strategies to yield measurable commercial results. As part of the Chief Analytics Office, your responsibilities will encompass enhancing both traditional AI/Machine Learning and generative AI capabilities, pinpointing priorities and focusing on high-impact AI use cases, establishing the Generative AI strategy around Learning Logic Models and Agentic AI, reapplying and scaling AI solutions across different business lines, and promoting a culture of innovation and an AI-first mindset among employees. Job responsibilities
- Create intuitive and interactive data visualizations to present complex information to senior stakeholders
- Conduct analysis on CIB Analytics data, scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities to design solutions
- Report on the CIB CAO Book of Work including supporting the prioritization and delivery of the analytics operating model in partnership with the In-Business CAOs
- Collaborate and partner with stakeholders to drive delivery and impact, evaluate strategies and insights, and alignment on priorities
- Support coordination, collation and tracking of KPIs and costs/benefits
- Support key transformational analytics initiatives, gather requirements, track deliverables, define project scope, and establish success criteria
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Driven with a strategic and curious mindset and keen to continuously learn
- Easily assimilate new information with excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal/written skills; ability to communicate effectively
- Able to deliver to conclusion multiple initiatives across a diverse group of partners, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and work under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to create custom solutions that solve business problems
- Demonstrated experience in presenting reports, insights, and data analytics findings
- Proficiency in MS ExCel and PowerPoint, Tableau and Alteryx
- Relevant experience in Data & Analytics topics in consulting, client engagement, or project execution
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficiency in SQL, BI and Python
