As a Service Product Delivery Manager in Infrastructure Platforms, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Leads innovation in service delivery by developing and implementing strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for service-related demand and/or issues
- Identifies opportunities to streamline service delivery processes and improve efficiency
- Identifies potential threats to service delivery, including technology vulnerabilities, operational risks, compliance risks, and security threats

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: To effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills, to identify and resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and drawing meaningful conclusions
- Ability to work effectively across different departments and with diverse teams to achieve common goals
- Project management experience, with knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices to enhance service delivery processes and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Prior experience in projects related to the build out of application demand within data centers
- Demonstrated technical acumen of data center technology products and/or services (e.g. network, compute, storage)
- Foundational experience with cloud based offerings
