Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area?

As a Senior Specialist I within the Loan and Lease Documentation Team, you will work collaboratively to ensure the accuracy of loan and lease documentation, communicate with dealers regarding contract status, and validate transaction information to meet bank and federal requirements. Your role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing relevant issues with underwriters and dealers, and escalating concerns to supervisors for timely funding. You will exercise judgment in reviewing loan contracts for compliance with state statutes and company policies, while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receives inbound calls and makes outbound follow-up calls to dealers
  • Communicates relevant issues to the appropriate Underwriter, Dealer, Dealer Relationship Manager and escalate appropriate issues to the supervisor to ensure same day Funding
  • Uses independent analysis and exercises judgment to determine if applicable standards are met
  • Reviewing loan contract packages while ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information and documents.
  • Meeting or exceeding established productivity and quality standards

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Adaptability to a highly technical and fast paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong research, problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Contact center and Auto Finance experience is an advantage
  • Experience in high-speed data entry in a DOS-based environment is a plus
