As an Asset Remarketing Financial Support Coordinator within the Asset Remarketing team, you will be responsible for executing exception and correction tasks related to vehicle sale proceeds and vendor invoice processing. Your role will encompass handling pre-auction dealer sales, auction sales, insurance settlements, and various supplemental credits. These activities are crucial and time-sensitive, ensuring timely and accurate management of accounts.

Job responsibilities
- Manage escalated problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate outcome.
- Quickly analyze a situation and determine direction.
- Communicate regularly with external, internal customers, agencies, and vendors.
- Provide back up support to Processing team for vendor invoices and sale proceeds processing
- Research and correct miscellaneous exceptions related to the financial support process
- Perform vendor payment research and Auction payment related requests
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
- Strong typing / data entry skills to include 10 key by touch
- Self-motivation, creativity, and decision making skills
- Ability to creatively work through problem situations.
- Ability to organize and effectively manage workflow to assure efficiency.
- Ability to learn quickly and be able to retain learned information
- Ability to execute under deadline pressures
- Familiarity with Chase Auto programs such as iCAF, mainframe systems CALS, ALA, Recovery 1
- Ability to effectively utilize business tools including Windows, Word, Excel, Teams, etc
- Auto finance experience
- Invoice and Proceeds posting experience.
