Senior Specialist I - Auto

Unleash your expertise in Vehicle Titling and Lien Release within Chase Auto by working with external customers, vendors, other financial organizations.

As a Senior Specialist you will be also responsible for executing sworn documents required to resolve motor vehicle titling and lien release requests received from external customers, dealers, and third parties in all 50 states, while adhering to strict quality guidelines. To meet these objectives, you will manage daily title and lien release work assignments, consult with various Departments of Motor Vehicles to address title and lien release matters and completing the activities within the expectations set in the department.

The working schedule for this position requires you to be in the office 5 days a week, with no work from home opportunity.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute sworn documents
  • Resolves transaction exceptions and defects
  • Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely
  • Effective verbal and written communication with external and internal customers
  • Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Ability to meet quality and productivity standards
  • Ability to adhere to regulatory and compliance controls and policy requirements
  • Ability to interpret policies, guidelines and processes
  • Ability to multi-task; typing awhile reading, viewing multiple screens and systems, keeping up to date with new procedures and tracking all items processed

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Previous experience in motor vehicle operations or with the Department of Motor Vehicles preferred
  • Knowledge of auto titles preferred
