Join our team as a Senior Product Associate in Home Lending, wherein you will be responsible for partnering with Credit Risk, Agency Relations, Marketing, Compliance, Technology and Operations to evaluate new concepts and changes. You will determine all impacts of a new or changing product across all functional areas and technology systems to identify the best approach to support the change. You will be responsible for the project management plan to address all implementation tasks from inception through final delivery.

As a Senior Product Associate within our Correspondent Client team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying the most valuable products for our clients and strategizing the most efficient market approach. You will be responsible for aligning our offerings with investor changes and GSE requirements. Your role will also involve leveraging servicing products to enhance efficiency, improve loss mitigation, and retain customers. You will oversee the efficient release of approved products and offers, ensuring alignment with transformation, technology, and business readiness for consumer home lending channels. You will also determine the most beneficial offers to boost loan volume and cut costs, and create a seamless self-service refinance and purchase experience. Furthermore, you will assess competitor offerings, customer product needs, and feedback from the voice of the customer to determine the products and policies we should offer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Determines all impacts of a new or changing product across all functional areas and technology systems.
  • Builds detailed business requirement documents based on design concept for business and systems.
  • Creates project plan to address all implementation tasks from inception through final delivery.
  • Assesses the need for any new processes or procedures and oversees their development.
  • Assists in development of communication, training, marketing and product guide for release of product.
  • Assists in the oversight of the Product Mailbox to research and obtain answers to policy questions submitted via Feedback requests, partners and Sales & Fulfillment teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Understand and interpret comprehensive mortgage product and credit details.
  • Dimension the impact of new or enhanced products to each functional area, including numerous tech systems.
  • Produce detailed implementation plan to define roles, responsibilities & timeliness of all functional areas.
  • Earn the respect and buy in from all team members that allows for successful management and execution of plan.
  • Tightly manage project from inception through roll out.
  • Function as escalation point to ensure all parties are aware of impacts and facilitate timely management decisions.
  • Direct the development of workflows and proposed procedures for all functional areas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Experience in mortgage operations, sales, risk, or underwriting preferred
  • Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager preferred
  • Understanding of ChaseHome Lendingprocesses preferred
  • Knowledge of Agile process and principlespreferred
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Client and Customer Focus, experienced in research and analysis
