As a Senior Product Associate in the Chief Data and Analytics Office, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilities
- Define strategic vision and roadmap for the Agents Builder platform, covering Orchestration, SFT, RLHF, Memory, RAG, and Search.
- Evangelize product vision across the firm and engage stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business and functional groups to collect requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Plan for implications of new features on overall product experience.
- Support user research, journey mapping, and market analysis for strategic roadmap.
- Track and evaluate product metrics across the development lifecycle.
- Write requirements, epics, and user stories for product development.
- Design features applying AI & Data governance frameworks for ethical AI use.
- Ensure compliance with AI & Data Management regulations and standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks in AI & Data Management technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate governance practices.
- Establish monitoring mechanisms for compliance tracking.
- Present updates and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes in AI governance.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years in product management with leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to inspire teams.
- Strong track record in product features and roadmap management.
- Experience interacting with engineering teams and building PRDs.
- Contribution to product strategy and research.
- Agile mindset with fast iteration and early feedback.
- Expertise in AI lifecycle, cloud computing, and architecture.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML, data governance, MLOps, and compliance principles.
- Proven business analysis skills for identifying critical requirements.
