We are seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join our Servicing Data Product team, where you'll support the delivery of data-driven solutions that drive modernization across the Home Lending business.

As a Senior Product Associate in the Home Lending Data Infrastructure domain, you will leverage your skills in data and program management to significantly impact our modernization roadmap, centralize our data ecosystem, and support our data consumers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and ensuring ongoing success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to identify opportunities for modernization within the Servicing Data Ecosystem.
  • Oversee critical roadmap initiatives that enhance the overall Servicing data platforms.
  • Plan and evaluate the impact of data changes on both consumer and technology fronts.
  • Analyze, monitor, and assess product metrics to ensure alignment with time and quality objectives throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Develop requirements, epics, and user stories to facilitate product development.
  • Support the creation and delivery of data servicing products in Home Lending.
  • Define product requirements and coordinate the delivery of essential data assets and pipelines.
  • Work closely with data owners, engineers, and analysts to prioritize key datasets for ingestion, transformation, and consumption.
  • Engage in stakeholder meetings to review progress, gather feedback, and ensure alignment.
  • Measure and report on key metrics related to program progress and business impact

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant Home Lending Servicing domain area.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
  • Familiarity with structured data ingestion, transformation, and consumption for reporting or machine learning.
  • Basic understanding of cloud data platforms like AWS (e.g., S3, Glue, Athena, Lake Formation).
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Developing knowledge of cloud-based technologies.
  • Understanding of the data life cycle.
