As a Senior Manager of Infrastructure Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Enterprise Technology Branch Banking Printing Infrastrucutre team, you provide overall direction for team members and work on established and moderately complex issues within your specialization. Exercise independent judgement within defined parameters to determine appropriate actions to bring these issues to a resolution.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads and manages the enterprise infrastructure of Branch banking network printers, faxes and scanners ensuring applications meet performance, security and reliability standards
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Lead product planning and review sessions ensuring clear communication of product vision and progress
  • Oversee the lifecycle of windows applications, patches and enhancementsin collaboration with development and operation teams
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users and internal teams
  • Design, implement and maintain windows based systems and infrastructure
  • Perform system administration tasks including configuration, monitoring and trouble-shooting
  • Develop automation scripts using Powershell to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Stay updated with the latest windows technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements
  • Serves in a leadership role for multiple technical teams and collaborates with others within the function
  • Contributes to decisions that influence staffing, budget and relevant profit and loss

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on Infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience. In addition, 2 + years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise
  • Experience in managing complex enterprise printing infrastructures
  • Experience deploying software and patches in highly regulated environments
  • Proefficient in (Powershell, Java, APi's, SDLC, pipelines, GIT and Agile methdology)
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and other Windows Networking Services
  • Knowledgable of virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, hybrid environments and security best practices
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and budget
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills in collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to guide and coach teams on approach to achieve goals aligned to strategic initiatives
  • Strategy and planning experience

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Technology Experience with various printer systems in a large Banking or financial instituion
  • Network protocol and security certifications
