About the role

As the Senior Manager, Executive Sourcing, you will lead a high-performing team of Talent Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, driving operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement. Reporting directly to the Director of Executive Recruiting, you'll partner closely with cross-functional teams-including Recruiting Leadership, People Analytics, Engagement & Belonging, and Recruiting Operations-to shape sourcing strategies, enhance collaboration, and drive strategic outcomes. You will get to:

  • Lead and develop a team of Talent Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear performance goals, provide consistent feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and facilitate professional development for your team.
  • Drive adoption, optimization, and effective utilization of sourcing channels, platforms, and technology tools.
  • Leverage data analytics, market insights, and recruitment tools to proactively manage resource allocation, workload distribution, and strategic priorities.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report sourcing metrics to measure strategy effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver insightful presentations and progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Own and drive critical projects to completion, prioritizing effectively, and influencing across multiple stakeholders.
  • Establish strong, proactive partnerships with recruiters, recruiting leaders, cross-functional stakeholders, and business leaders, ensuring clear alignment and open communication.
  • Foster operational excellence by identifying opportunities to scale processes, reduce bottlenecks, and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Lead the identification and engagement of executive-level talent, developing and executing sourcing strategies, building robust networks, and partnering closely with hiring managers.
  • Provide hands-on sourcing support as needed, managing critical executive searches end-to-end.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging sourcing technologies, best practices, legal developments, and benchmarking insights.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. "Remote" employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $139,800.00 - $223,200.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 8+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience with a proven track record within fast-paced, complex organizations.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience leading sourcing or recruiting teams, demonstrating successful design and execution of scalable recruitment strategies.
  • Proven ability to source and recruit talent across diverse business functions and seniority levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, proactively solving challenges with clear, concise, and innovative solutions (#ThinkBigMoveFast).
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in rapidly changing environments.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively partner with and influence stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling recruitment processes and capabilities.
  • Understands that Talent Sourcing is a craft and is committed to continuously refining and elevating sourcing strategies through innovation, creativity, and thoughtful execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience specifically in executive-level sourcing and recruitment.
  • Expertise with advanced sourcing technologies, tools, and analytics platforms.
