Job Summary:

As a Vice President Product Development Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of a strategic roadmap for end-to-end onboarding. This role offers the chance to build an application from the ground up, focusing on innovative solutions that enhance business benefits, client experience, efficiencies, and controls.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development of business requirements, functional designs, and solutions aligned with our strategic vision, internal and client challenges.
  • Oversee technology implementations, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with diverse internal teams and external partners to drive strategic initiatives and promote the adoption of cutting-edge onboarding tools.
  • Define and manage implementation schedules, ensuring timely and budget-compliant product delivery.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to communicate business needs, risks, and strategic objectives effectively.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in financial services product development or onboarding-focused roles, with a strong emphasis on business analysis and change management.
  • Proven project management skills and a track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
  • Experience in client-facing onboarding or product development roles, particularly within Securities Services, is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data analytics capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across global regions and time zones.
