Join the Finance team that works with stakeholders across Securities Services in order to guide commercial decisions.
As an Associate on the Pricing team, you will be responsible for all aspects of the end-to-end client pricing life-cycle from deal/client-level profit & loss (P&L) creation through to fee agreement creation and handover to Billing for implementation and on-going invoicing of fees. You will have an opportunity to work directly in partnership with Product Management, Sales, Client Service, Operations, and others to guide the business towards commercial decisions that are aligned to overall profitability and sales pipeline targets.
Job responsibilities:
- Work with deal teams to build Excel-based P&L models in support of the deal pipeline to facilitate commercial decision making
- Undertake internal profitability analyses and/or ad hoc financial analysis - including financial data reconciliation - for existing clients
- Pro-actively research and resolve pricing and billing issues, escalating where necessary
- Create and track client fee documentation
- Provide inputs to support pricing activity for new and existing clients ensuring adherence to agreed process governance
- Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong analytical acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques
- Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for stakeholder meetings and Senior management presentations
- Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites such as SharePoint
- Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
- Prior experience in Securities Services or Business Management role
- 2+ years of experience, proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders, attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on accuracy
- Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda
- Excellent communication, organization and project management skills
- Intermediate to advanced level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work in and create a cohesive work environment
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
- Analytical mindset
