Job Summary:

The Securities Services Cash and Liquidity Solutions team partners with Sales and Client Service to deliver the full suite of product capabilities to our institutional client base. This includes deposit pricing, cash concentration solutions and cash products. Additionally, the team is responsible for the EMEA deposit book, which includes: i) development and execution of the regional strategy; ii) management of pricing and P&L, and; iii) ownership of the client experience.

You will work closely with the global Cash and Liquidity Product Management teams, as well as Sales and Client Service, to increase client connectivity and coverage. The role offers significant responsibility in a client-facing environment, and would suit technically-minded individuals with excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product partners and Platform Sales to increase connectivity and coverage across the institutional investor client base
  • Identify and execute on cross-sell opportunities within Cash and Liquidity products
  • Develop and manage regional product strategy, acting as the voice of the client within the Product organisation
  • Keep abreast of latest market developments including short and medium-term interest rates, money market fund dynamics and global macroeconomic trends which drive our pricing strategy
  • Participate in regional & global forums and committees to provide updates on the Solutions agenda
  • Develop and lead training sessions for the broader Securities Service business organisation
  • Act as the client escalation point for product related questions within the region and ensure suitable resolution and management of issues

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • The successful candidate will have client-facing experience and/or demonstrable technical expertise in the areas of Cash or Liquidity products.
  • Strong communication and presentations skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a simple and succinct manner both externally to clients and internally to stakeholders
  • Influencing skills facing senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to perform in a high pressure team environment, working across time zones and geographies to deliver a best-in-class global experience for clients
  • Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in either a Product or client facing function, or related functional support teams.
  • Experience in Securities Services or a related financial services field
