As a Sales Strategy Support Lead in the Healthcare Payments organization, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company's goals.
Job responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with sales leadership to develop actionable plans that drive growth.
- Assist in the formulation of sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate across functions and Lines of Business to enhance data governance and data flows, and to ensure consistency of data across multiple systems
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize sales processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of professional work experience in sales strategy, business development or a related role.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to support strategic initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Display excellent people skills and ability to build relationships cross functional departments.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software and with data tools
- Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
