Join our Organizational Effectiveness & Oversight (OEO) team to lead innovative robotics solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Leverage your project management skills to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines. As a Robotics Product Junior Delivery Lead within the Organizational Effectiveness & Oversight (OEO) team, you will promote process innovation and project management for robotics solutions. You will review business requirements, lead project management efforts, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Participate in the configuration process, manage internal client relationships, ensure timely documentation, and maintain support for scalable solutions. Create executive-level presentations and customized reports to provide insights and support data-promoten decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and understand business requirements to determine development feasibility.
  • Lead project management efforts for small to medium-sized solutions, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Participate in the end-to-end configuration process, including conceptualization and design.
  • Manage internal client relationships across business, finance, stakeholders, developers, and solution users.
  • Ensure timely documentation and updates from discovery through deployment and post-production.
  • Maintain support for internally built solutions, ensuring scalability and robustness.
  • Create executive-level presentations and status updates for clients and stakeholders.
  • Customize reports to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in managing projects or process innovation initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities, identifying symptoms and root causes of issues.
  • Team building relationships: Strengthen and maintain productive relationships, managing client expectations.
  • Collaboration skills: Work collaboratively within a team and develop solid partnerships with peers.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of applied project management knowledge.
  • Knowledge of agile methodology and product life cycle, including strategic implications and familiarity with automation tools.
  • Exposure to the banking or financial services industry with Interest in finance or business analytics.
  • Strategic thinking: Use data to research and understand issues and opportunities.
  • Adaptability: Adjust to new situations and tackle challenges.
  • Growth mindset: Demonstrate a willingness to learn from experience and apply learning on the job.
  • Presentation skills: Create and deliver presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
