Job Summary

As a Reference Data Analyst within the Client Account Services team, you will support in-flight documentation remediation projects across various products. You will work with client agreements and related documentation, ensuring they meet specific requirements and are accurately maintained. Your role involves contributing to a cohesive team, providing regular updates, and applying a control-mindset to all tasks.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Client Account Services activities for documentation remediation projects.
  • Work across several products and remediation projects, focusing on regulatory and risk-related issues.
  • Perform functions across reference data setups, including searching, scanning, and indexing legal documents.
  • Maintain client records and ensure documents meet specific outlined requirements.
  • Contribute to the wider team and provide regular progress updates.
  • Approach work with a control-mindset and demonstrate an understanding of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an understanding of client documents and their requirements.

  • Preferred experienced with Reference Data, client documentation and JPM systems
