As a Cross Product Program Execution Vice President in the Product Experience and Technology team, you will be instrumental in improving the ability for the organization to execute cross product and platform strategic multi-year programs. Your role will involve enhancing transparency into readiness of work across 22 strategic multi-year programs, empowering product teams to make informed decisions based on multiple priority sources. Although we do not enforce strict rankings for product capacity allocation to strategic multi-year programs, your role will involve enhancing transparency into the status and readiness of work need by strategic multi-year programs from products and portfolios. You will excel at creating partners with stakeholders across the organization needed to drive change to deliver strategic multi-year programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Surface, develop, and implement effective techniques for coordinating information-sharing, planning, capacity allocation, and dependency management across 107 autonomous products for large programs to deliver value faster.
- Enhance transparency into discovery status and work readiness for cross product programs, enabling program and product teams to allocate delivery and discovery capacity effectively.
- Partner with product agility leads and product portfolio operations leads across all portfolios to determine how to best flow program work into their product and portfolios.
- Define metrics to shed light on work flow, identify bottlenecks, and assess productivity improvements for programs.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of work experience, including experience with Agile or Product Operating Model transformations.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and strong skills with data analysis & reporting.
- Hands-on experience in software development as a product manager, software engineer, designer, or scrum master.
- Deep understanding of the product operating model, process engineering, flow, and management of constraints or bottlenecks.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving organizational change.
- A relentless focus on delivering value.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to work with AI tools on a daily basis particularly large language models.
