As a Product Manager in Digital Communications Alerts Platform, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing well-designed product services that provide customer and business value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, measure performance and success, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. We're looking for a strong problem solver, clear communicator, and a team player who is experienced in managing highly complex platforms that are operational-critical for our customers.

Job responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Understand the complex landscape of customer needs, user journeys, and end-to-end customer experiences beyond our platform
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Deliver on product strategy for alerts management platform that enables Chase customers to manage their alerts preferences in omni-channel experiences, by designing and delivering fit-for-purpose APIs and backend platform processes.
  • Establish controls and safeguards to ensure stability of the end-customer's experience, and enable consumption of data and insights at-scale
  • Partner effectively with functional partners and stakeholders to deliver solutions in a collaborative manner. Identify potential roadblocks and help solve issues with appropriate transparency and timeliness.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Experience in large-scale platform products, processing large amount of complex data and supporting operation-critical functionalities for the customers and the firm
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across functions and at all levels (business, technology, operations, executives, peer and staff).
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to learn fast and effectively. Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills for a variety of audiences, across technical concepts and user-journeys
  • Experience with LRCC considerations relevant in financial services and a controls-oriented mindset to protect our customers and the firm in a systematic manner

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience in data analytics working with technologies and tools such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Adobe Analytics, AWS Analytics ,Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) JIRA, Confluence Tools, Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with agile product development techniques, design thinking, and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market is a plus
  • Consulting/Strategy and/or process improvement background
  • Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase, across Consumer and Business-facing lines of businesses
