We are seeking a visionary Executive Director to lead the strategic development and roadmap planning for our ad technology initiatives. This role demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in crafting innovative strategies and guiding long-term planning at a senior level. Offers & Shopping is dedicated to leading measurable outcomes for brands and delivering real benefits for our customers. Our ad solutions leverage our strong merchant relationships, our 65 million customer base, and industry-leading customer insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their shopping journeys.

As an Executive Director within Chase Media Solutions, you will be responsible to build the product vision, construct roadmaps for the various capabilities for a high-growth business case, and successfully introduce all these capabilities while balancing the security, controls and governance/regulatory requirements. Together with an amazing team of Product, Technology, Data, and Design stakeholders you will accelerate the enhancement of capabilities and set the growth strategy for the Offers and Shopping business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic leadership and articulate a comprehensive strategy for ad technology that aligns with the company's vision and growth objectives. Focus on long-term planning and strategic foresight to position the company as a leader in ad tech innovation.
  • Lead the creation and management of a detailed roadmap for ad technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends. Prioritize initiatives based on strategic impact and potential for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and build consensus around strategic priorities. Communicate the strategic vision and roadmap effectively to all levels of the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning. Drive thought leadership and innovation within the ad tech space, positioning the company as a forward-thinking leader.
  • Establish strategic metrics to evaluate the success of roadmap initiatives and inform future planning. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 15+ years experience in executive leadership roles, with a focus on strategy development and roadmap planning in ad technology or digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to craft and communicate strategic visions and long-term plans in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all organizational levels.
