Job Responsibilities
- Develop product vision and transform product strategy into market-ready products, while navigating complex challenges.
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Develop and maintain a product backlog that enables delivery of product roadmap and value proposition.
- Build a framework that defines key metrics for product success and measure outcomes against product goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Design, Data) to continuously deliver value to users.
- Guide agile product management by creating user stories and authoring detailed product specifications.
- Lead change management activities across cross-functional partners and ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- MBA degree from a top-tier business school.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or a relevant Banking domain area.
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Experienced in product lifecycle management or platform-wide release management.
- Understanding of data flows and data management techniques for diverse data types.
- Strong understanding of agile software development with familiarity working with Bitbucket, Confluence, and Jira.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Prior experience in building data architecture to source data from different systems.
- Strong analytical skills in forecasting and interpreting results with large quantities of data.
- Experience in business analysis, process analysis/mapping, data governance or data analysis activities.
- Knowledge of AWS and Working knowledge of Snowflake or other enterprise database platforms is beneficial.
