The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services group within Global Technology focuses on delivering directory services, platform Identity, and privileged access management within a hybrid multi-cloud strategy. The group proactively partners across all lines of business and functions to enable these critical services to engineering teams in a frictionless fashion.
High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Delivery Manager to help define, shape, and execute Identity Access Management Secrets Management Strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal Lines-of-Business (LOB) to capture data-driven technical and non-technical customer requirements, and communicate them concretely to the engineering teams in terms of customer-based outcomes
- Drive execution of engineering delivery teams including but not limited to product backlog prioritization, epics and user stories consumable/refineable by the engineering team
- Partner with Operations/SRE teams in the development of production ready cloud services
- Partner with Cyber Operations, Governance, and Compliance functions to ensure the product under development meets cyber and control standards at cloud scale
- Drive and communicate Program Increment (PI) Planning with all product stakeholders
- Communicate product execution, onboarding status, business metrics, in monthly business reviews
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recent experience as Product Owner/Manager or Technical Program Manager within an enterprise engineering environment
- Familiarity with IAM (Identity & Access Management) concepts, and one or more technologies, and products (eg: Secrets Management, ADFS, oauth 2.0, SAML, CyberArk, HashiCorpVault, Beyond Trust)
- Technical background with one or more Public Cloud platforms, AWS, GCP, Azure (emphasis in Identity)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate difficult/technical concepts into simple yet effective communication to a senior management and customers
- Proven experience developing lasting cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders in an Enterprise Organization
- Proven experience of shipping/delivering products using modern software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.), and tools
Preferred
- BS/MS technical degree
- AWS Cloud Experience (Development/Infrastructure)
- HashiCorp Vault Experience (development/infrastructure deployment in multiple cloud environments)
- Demonstrated experience with information security solutions Multi-Cloud and Hybrid-Cloud infrastructure deployment
- CISSP/CCSP
