DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive project plans, manage program execution and delivery, technology development prioritization and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data- driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team. Support the Executive Directors and Product Managers in developing and executing the overall program and project strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan to achieve enterprise goals and objectives. Provide leadership to the team, mentor, coach, and develop team members to ensure optimal alignment of talent to project scope and objectives. Monitor key performance indicators to track overall portfolio results and ensure the successful progress and end to end delivery of programs, and projects. Maintain and adhere to project management best practices and a robust change management and escalation management framework across all programs and projects. Effectively communicate, negotiate, collaborate, and manage relationships with Global teams to prioritize objectives effectively and support the team's delivery to meet timelines and strategic goals. Proactive management of program and project risks and associated impacts, make relevant recommendations to steering committee and senior management to mitigate issues. Solicit direct feedback from key stakeholders to ensure progress towards the company's strategic plans, and to drive continuous improvement. Influence strategic priorities and initiatives, as well as guide the Senior Leadership Team on strategies to meet overall business performance targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Information Systems, or in a related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, IT Consultant, International Payroll Specialist, Project Coordinator, or in a related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Information Systems, or in a related field of study plus 3 years (36 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Delivery, IT Consultant, International Payroll Specialist, Project Coordinator, or in a related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Utilizing Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with a focus on iterative development, continuous feedback, and collaboration to meet technical and software development objectives; Managing complex and large projects effectively using Agile methodologies, ensuring flexibility, and delivering incremental improvements to meet program and business objectives; Planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets; Utilizing Waterfall, Agile, Scrum framework, and DevOps to manage and deliver complex projects; Using JIRA, Sharepoint, and Confluence for project management, documentation, content management, sprint planning, issue tracking, and collaboration; Managing organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of new processes and systems; Using Clarity for resource allocation and budget tracking for complex large programs, Remedy for IT service management, including incident and change management; Performing statistical data analysis, data representation, and database management using query programming languages such as SQL, JQL, and XML; Aligning SAP HCM solutions with business objectives and leveraging business intelligence for informed decision-making; Aligning SAP HCM with business objectives and integrating HRIS systems like Workday HCM, SAP HCM, PeopleSoft and ADP Global using ETL tools and middleware platforms; and Designing and developing interactive Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint reports and presentations with advanced functionalities, including lookup, data analysis add-ons, pivots, and VBA.
