We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Manager - Vice President to establish our Third Party Oversight team. This role is pivotal in uplifting and managing an Oversight and Governance group dedicated to ensuring the effective management of outsourcing suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing business-specific risks and developing a robust cross-functional review framework for suppliers. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with existing team to enhance the oversight and governance group within the Third Party Oversight team.
- Partner with process owners to capture business-specific risks and implement a framework to mitigate those risk.
- Coordinate engagement with key stakeholders such as Cyber, Technology, Business Resiliency and Corporate Third Party Oversight to establish a cross-functional review framework.
- Create LOB procedures and governance frameworks.
- Develop and maintain key contacts and working relationships with various areas within the firm,
- Ensure timely escalation of key risks and issues to management and interested stakeholders.
- Represent the Third Party Oversight team in various governance, legal, and controls forums.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence direction, negotiate, and collaborate with others.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procedure writing, process mapping, and excellent organization.
- Familiarity with outsourcing risk and processes, implementing policies/standards, and risk management.
- Ability to coordinate engagement with key stakeholders and proficiency in cross-functional frameworks.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
