As a Process Manager II within the Centralized Controls team at Chase, you will have the opportunity to make real innovative impacts to our customers. Your role will involve monitoring business activities to ensure compliance with firmwide and local policies, maintaining inventories, and developing and implementing ongoing sustainable controlled business processes and control management practices as needed.

- Perform registration and maintenance of multiple inventories.
- Create and maintain Job Aid/Training documentation creation and maintenance
- Manage access
- Identify and communicate recommendations for business process risk mitigation and control improvement
- Be able to document findings, keep detailed records, recommending further review and provide support for further investigations
- Develop positive working relationships with all business partners, and other risk and control framework partners to maintain an open environment for collaboration, risk identification, and issue solving/resolution
- Manage, self-organize, meet deliverables according to project and task schedule
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Strong and confident communication skills.
- Ability to explain and convert complex concepts into digestible information for audiences at various levels of the business.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments, achieve deadlines, and deliver quality results within a team environment.
- Be able to make logical independent decisions based on information in front of them
- 2+ years' experience using Excel
- Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing demands.
- Demonstrated high level of professionalism and a strong sense of urgency.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- 2+ years Functional industry experience in training, quality, controls, or risk management.
- Knowledge of the Data and Analytics industry.
Bonus Skills:
- In depth knowledge of Excel, Vlookup, Macros/VBA, SSMS, Toad, SQL, Alteryx, SharePoint
