As a Process Improvement & Innovation Vice President within our leadership team, you will play a key role in promoting the execution of complex projects and optimizing business processes across the organization. You will have the opportunity to oversee project lifecycles, enhance process efficiencies, and support application systems like Jira. This role provides a unique opportunity to champion user tools and intelligence solutions, provide guidance to stakeholders, implement governance standards, and ensure compliance with risk protocols.

  • Manage complex projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, including integration, process migration, strategic business/operations projects, automation, and change initiatives.
  • Apply project management methodologies to define objectives, create detailed plans, manage resources, and facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders and address issues or risks.
  • Configure, maintain, enhance, and automate Jira workflows to align with business requirements, while supporting and maintaining other systems like Confluence, SharePoint, and Notion, and evaluating new tools.
  • Design and document business process flows using the Signavio Process Manager, collaborating with stakeholders to translate needs into system configurations that enhance workflow efficiency and adhere to risk management protocols.
  • Offer guidance and recommendations to business stakeholders, supporting both tactical and strategic process improvement initiatives.
  • Review and confirm the completeness of UT Inventory, Risk Classification, and Control Compliance for the Sub-LOB/Function before annual approval by the Control Manager, and drive the annual risk re-classification and UT Confirmation processes.
  • Act as the central point of contact and subject matter expert for User Tools within the Sub-LOB/Function, serving as an escalation point and coordinating UT communications with the UT Program Lead and Business Operations Executives.
  • Maintain UWAT entries, perform QA, monitor ongoing control compliance, and provide necessary UT documentation for Quality/Hygiene testing or Audit Reviews.
  • Collaborate with Solution Owners and Developers to support the execution and implementation of requirements outlined in the Intelligent Solution Controls Standard for their respective area.
  • Assist with Annual Confirmation processes as required by the LOB/CF Solution Governance lead, ensuring adherence to the Intelligent Solution Controls Standard.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • At least 10 years' experience in managing projects, process analysis, optimization, and documentation
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Signavio, Sharepoint
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Firmwide policies and procedures around inter affiliate service oversight, user tool, artificial intelligence
  • Strong ability to analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of user tool and intelligent solutions standards and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Proficiency in Automation tools
  • Proficiency project management tools or methodologies
  • A widely recognized project management certification
