As a Senior Product Associate in Check Disbursements, you will leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to drive impactful innovations. You will utilize user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of cutting-edge products and continuously enhance existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ensuring ongoing success.
Job responsibilities
- Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that align with customer needs and market trends through user research and discovery.
- Considers and plans for the implications of new product features on the overall product experience, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction.
- Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insights on potential product features that deliver value to customers.
- Analyzes, tracks and evaluates product metrics, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality targets throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic goals.
- Executes the Check Disbursements program delivery strategy by partnering with tech, sales, product solutions teams, operations, and others to ensure successful implementation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
- Experience in product lifecycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
- Experience with Excel, Access, Vizio, and Tableau.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.

- Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions in a complex tech environment.
- Agile mindset, both in delivering solutions with technology partners and managing competing priorities and client demand.
