As a Payment Lifecycle Associate I within Client Billing Operations -Securities Services, you will support the end to end Billing process for the Global business units within Commercial and Investment Banking Markets and Investor Services. You will support Commercial and Investment Banking clients, globally, who utilize Treasury Services, Custody, Accounting, Fund Administration, Investment Analytics, Trust & Fiduciary, Transfer Agency, Prime Brokerage, and Over-the-Counter (OTC) suite of products. Your primary responsibilities will include account and product setup, validation of data inputs into the core billing applications, invoice production, validation, and delivery.

Job responsibilities
- Lead or participate in various process improvements and re-engineering initiatives in line with efficiency and customer obsession efforts including maintenance of centralize tracker.
- Coordinate efforts with peers and other stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of daily strategies to meet Service Level targets.
- Represent the team through various forums and process walk through.
- Maintain various trackers/logs for metrics generation.
- Identify trend through data and behaviors observed and use it effectively in driving efficiencies.
- Create and publish various reports and metrics to Billing Senior Management and stakeholders.
- Ensure breaks as being cleared based on established timeframe and escalate to Operations.
- Maintain team's productivity basis on the various reports and metrics generated monthly.
- Ensure End of Day checklists are completed on time.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of various Investor Services products such as but not limited to Custody, Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, etc.
- Demonstrated ability in operations leadership or management within payments, with at least two years of experience, showcasing advanced knowledge of global payment processing operations, products, and systems architecture to effectively support efficiency and change management.
- Understands cybersecurity controls and anti-fraud strategies to protect information and systems, with familiarity in continuous improvement methodologies and design thinking techniques.
- Good background in basic accounting.
- Proficient in data analysis techniques, capable of interpreting and communicating insights to inform decision-making with senior stakeholders.
- Applies a commercial and growth mindset to adapt to fast-paced operations and new business initiatives, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to optimize relationships and collaboration.
- Proficient in using automation technologies to optimize payments processing, with a proven track record in enhancing customer experience throughout the customer journey.
- Demonstrates self-reliance and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to navigate dynamic environments and shifting workloads across complex products.
Location Description: The selected candidate will be based in JPMorgan Chase Tower Building, Taguig City, Philippines.
Shift: 12PM to 9PM Philippine Time
