As a Vice President/Operations Manager for Global Card Operations in Manila, you will lead our Operations team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure business objectives are consistently achieved. You will partner closely with various stakeholders to lead local strategies for sustainable performance, improve enterprise-wide processes, and meet business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee operations that span businesses and products, including business planning, strategy, structure, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Create a positive work environment that supports excellent customer service and achieves shared business goals.
  • Direct overall team activities and monitor progress.
  • Develop and implement operational plans, actions, and programs in support of long-term business objectives within budget.
  • Operate in a highly regulated environment, ensuring appropriate policies, procedures, and controls are in place to control risk and exceed customer expectations.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex operational functions for world-class performance.
  • Proficiency in setting strategic direction and executing plans effectively.
  • Ability to deliver business results and drive continuous improvement.
