As a Pension Transfer/Operations Specialist, you'll play a vital role in managing pension operations and driving process improvements, all while advancing your career in a dynamic environment.

As a Pension Transfer/Operations Specialist in the Pension Transfer/Operations Team, you will manage various pension operations functions such as transfers, drawdown, and pension contributions. You will be responsible for understanding and processing the end-to-end transfer journey for customers, ensuring an excellent experience for those submitting transfers. You'll also contribute significantly to process improvements and take initiative in driving your career and development forward.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage pension operations functions including transfers, drawdown, and contributions.
• Understand and process the end-to-end transfer journey for customers.
• Ensure an excellent experience for customers submitting transfers.
• Contribute to changing and improving processes.
• Take initiative to drive your career and development forward.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Understanding of asset transfer technical aspects, with expertise in Origo transfer systems.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize workload across multiple workstreams.
• Passion for delivering a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
• Ability to engage in debate on customer experience and a genuine desire to help customers.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of award-winning ISAs and investment accounts.
• Experience in providing financial planning and advice alongside client services.
